Urawa Luci Festa 21

This is an event which commemoration of　"Century end" and the fact that
"Urawa city" becomes "Saitama city" in May of next year.
 "LuciFestar" is Italian that means "Luci= light" and "Festa= to celebrate".
It's traditional south Italy festival which used modelling ones of light.
 This "Urawa LuciFestar 21" makes "Arch Corridor of Lights" and
"The Wall Mounting of Lights" which it consisted side of building.
 About 126,000 colorfull lights decorate the various structural bodies
and the night.That spectacle has become suitable event of exceeds century.
 And it was held praying the fact that "Saitama city" shines like
this "LuciFesta 21" in the next century at December of 2000 1st to 10th.
